Bike Limited Warranty
Legacy Bike Co offers a five year warranty on all frames sold after May 29th, 2017. BMX frame warranty is valid for 1 year after purchase. This warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the bicycle, and must be verified by a receipt.
All electric components are covered under a defect warranty for 1 year or the first 3,500 kilometres.
This warranty covers defects in the materials and workmanship of the item(s) purchased by the original purchaser.
Legacy Bike Co frames will only be warrantied if the bicycle was purchased from an authorized dealer and was built by a professional bicycle mechanic. This will be verified by a receipt with the purchase date displayed.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
- The Item(s) that are being warrantied must be free of any modifications.
- The purchaser must provide a receipt from an authorized dealer.
- Legacy Bikes Co has the right to refuse or deny any warranty claim.
